The Blue Lagoon

What better way to spend hour last couple hours together that to relax in the warm and reportedly healing waters of the Blue Lagoon. Perhaps Iceland's most well known attraction, it is a man made lagoon filled with the silica saturated effluent of a nearby geothermal power plant. No matter the source, considering its location is very near the airport it is an extremely relaxing way to spend some time before the long flight home.

John, Bryan, Ike and I in the lagoon this afternoon.

Paul tries on some of the silica sand.
