Bill recommended Goðafoss, so we of course had to go. (Ok, truth be told, we were going anyway, but don't tell Bill...) It was definitely worth seeing. Tried not to be too dangerous so as not to worry Bill too much. Yes, that's me in the bottom picture, but don't worry Bill, I wasn't at the edge.
I love Godafoss. Were you tempted to the edge?

ReplyDeleteIt's an amazing place, but I remember standing at the edge with Tim as he was slinging his pack on his back. He wavered a bit on his feat and my heart sank. It was probably not as close as I remember, but it still took a couple beats out of my heart!
